Design Consultancy Services

Computation of total electrical loads including equipment load
Preliminary infrastructure drawings and space allocation including size and location of Substations, Electrical Rooms, DG Rooms, Low voltage system control room, BMS Room , Pump House ,& HVAC system .
Technical assistance towards obtaining clearance of proposal from statutory authorities.

Preparation of design drawings based on approved reflected ceiling plans of interior-related common areas and approved landscape layouts.
Layout for substation, HT & LT,HVAC,CCTV, Networking etc. cover in NIT .Single line diagram, HT/LT panel room layout, HVAC room Layout, Fire pump room Layout . Electrical distribution system comprising of panels, distribution boards, bus-ducts, cables & cable trays layout, lighting with circuiting based on reflected ceiling plans and convenience power, DG room layout along with panel details, earthing & lightning protection system, HVAC air distribution layout , Fire fighting & Fire alarm system layout , CCTV, Networking & BMS system layout .

Preparation of documents including specifications and detailed schedule of quantities on the basis of design drawings.
Detailed cost estimates on the basis of unit rates as per market rates.
Short-listing of contractors for pre-qualification
Invitation of quotations from pre-qualified contractors recommended for each system.
Comprehensive comparative statement of technical bids received, joint negotiations and recommendation for award of contracts.

Submission of drawings for all services layout and installation detail drawing.
Approval of all drawings from Clients .
Verification of contractor’s shop drawings and recommendation for execution.
Periodic site visit for quality verification and for site coordination issues, if any.
Participation with Project Manager in the testing and commissioning of each system, and joint certification of test report from services contractors.
Assistance to Project Manager in obtaining from the contractors an checking as-installed drawings, list of recommended spares and Operation & Maintenance manuals for the system installed by them.
